Yoga Therapy
Yoga Therapy at Grow is a one-to-one therapeutic process designed to support your nervous system, physical health and emotional wellbeing.
Unlike a general class, sessions are shaped entirely around you — your body, your history and your current season of life.
This is relational, steady work.
Who I Work With
I currently work primarily with women navigating:
Stress and nervous system overload
Anxiety and overwhelm
Burnout
Hormonal transitions, including peri-menopause and menopause
Life transitions and identity shifts
While much of my work centres women’s health, sessions are open to anyone seeking a therapeutic approach to practice.
The Approach
Yoga Therapy draws on the tools of yoga in a clinically informed and personalised way.
Sessions may include:
Tailored therapeutic movement
Breathwork to support regulation
Somatic awareness practices
Yoga nidra and deep rest
Womb-centred practices where appropriate
Reflective dialogue and integration
This is not performance-based yoga.
It is not about flexibility or aesthetics.
It is about increasing capacity, restoring balance and cultivating steadiness over time.
