welcome to
grow yoga

Grow is a therapeutic yoga practice offering small group sessions and longer-term circles in the heart of Sheffield.

Tucked away in Artisan’s Yard, our work is rooted in seasonal rhythm, embodied practice and nervous system care.

We specialise in seasonal yoga, somatics, stillness, qigong and yoga therapy — supporting stress, burnout and life transitions with depth and steadiness.

Each offering is intentionally small.

Each space is designed for restoration.

Sessions at Grow

Grow is a therapist-led practice offering small, intentional sessions designed to support the nervous system and restore steadiness.

Our work brings together therapeutic approaches to yoga, somatics, qigong and stillness — offering practical tools for meeting the demands of modern life.

We offer:
Therapeutic Sessions (open, small group practice)
Closed Groups (longer-term therapeutic circles)
1–1 Yoga Therapy

Each pathway offers a different depth of engagement — from accessible weekly practice to sustained relational work over time.

All sessions are intentionally small.

Meet Elisha

Elisha is a Yoga Therapist and BSc Psychology graduate specialising in nervous-system health, anxiety support and therapeutic rest practices. She is the founder of Grow Yoga, Sheffield’s therapeutic yoga space, created to offer slower, more attuned environments for people seeking sustainable support with mental health and wellbeing.

Her work is both evidence-informed and deeply embodied, integrating yoga therapy, restorative yoga, yoga nidra and womb-centred practices. Elisha has a particular focus on supporting women navigating anxiety, chronic stress, hormonal health and cyclical transitions, with sessions that honour the rhythms of the menstrual cycle and the seasons.

Alongside her group work, Elisha also supports individuals with learning disabilities, curating sensory-informed yoga and relaxation environments designed to feel accessible, regulating and inclusive. Her approach is trauma-aware, gently paced and rooted in the belief that effective nervous-system support begins with safety and attunement.

Through Grow Yoga, Elisha holds closed therapeutic groups where participants can build trust, land gradually in rest and experience the deeper integration that comes from practising within a consistent, held space.

At the heart of her work is a simple philosophy: rest is not a luxury, but a foundational human need.
