Closed Groups
Closed Groups
Closed Groups at Grow are small, ongoing therapeutic containers designed to support meaningful change over time.
Unlike open sessions, membership remains consistent. The same people gather each week or month, allowing trust, safety and relational depth to develop gradually.
This continuity matters.
When the nervous system feels safe and familiar, we are able to explore more honestly — and integrate more fully.
Some of our groups have been practicing together for over five years.
The Nature of the Work
Closed Groups vary in focus.
Some are rooted in Seasonal Yoga, working with the rhythms of this land and the turning year.
Some are therapeutic yoga groups, supporting nervous system regulation and embodied restoration.
Others take the form of Women’s Circles, where philosophical themes, lived experience and reflective dialogue are woven alongside practice.
Across all groups, we explore yoga as a lived philosophy — not simply a physical practice.
There is space for conversation, reflection, ritual and integration.
Commitment
Closed Groups ask for steadiness.
We invite a minimum six-month commitment, as depth cannot be accessed through sporadic attendance.
The consistency of showing up is part of the container.
Joining a Closed Group
We operate a waitlist system, and spaces are offered when they naturally arise.
Because groups evolve and shift over time, the most up-to-date way to enquire is to contact me directly.

You can also join our mailing list to be informed when spaces become available.
Women’s Circle Open Events
Grow Yoga’s open circles are hosted by our founder, Elisha & Lorna Dockerill, a sound healer. Whilst we all have different life experience, we share the experience of living as a woman in modern society.
Each women’s circle event is different, and the practices are curated to suit the theme. Practices can include movement, crystal bowl sound healing, meditations, journalling and rituals. We aim to provide a space for women to explore parts of themselves that are sometimes forgotten; some past themes are embodiment, creativity and rest.
These events are available to book online, please keep your eye on the timetable to book or email elisha@grow-yoga.co.uk to find out about the next event.
